Q.  How long does the Japanese cooking lesson last?

A.  A typical private cooking lesson lasts 2-3 hours.

Q. How many cooking lessons do I need to take in order to master sushi hand roll?

A. You only need to take 1 lesson to master sushi hand roll.

Q.  Do I need to buy any kitchen utensils for the class?

A.  No.  We will bring special kitchen items such as rice cooker. You need to supply  kitchen items that you have already have at your home only.

Q. Can I buy a voucher for present?

A. Yes, We have vouchers for all budgets.  Please refer the Voucher page.

Q. Do you supply ingredients for the private cooking class?

A.  We supply ingredients at extra cost.

Q. How far do you travel?

A. We travel most Melbourne suburbs to conduct a cooking class. Extra charge may apply to some areas.

Q. Do you teach authentic Japanese food?

A. Yes, All guides have learnt Japanese cooking in Japan.

Q. Can you teach how to make Japanese style sauce?

A. Yes, we can teach a variety of Japanese style sauces except Okonomi-yaki (Japanese pancake) sauce  and Mayonnaise.

Q. I have food allergy. Can you cater for my dietary needs?

A. Yes, we consult individual clients and discuss what menu options are available.
